Descripción de la presentación: Kanban es la metodología lean para desarrollo de proyectos de software por excelencia y la de mas rápida tasa de adopción actualmente debido a sus muchas ventajas, incluyendo entrega continua de valor y mejora evolutiva.

* Dr. Masa K Maeda: CEO y fundador de Shojiki Solutions, basada en el Silicon Valley, la cual presta servicios de coucheo y entrenamiento Lean-Agile en Gestión de Proyectos, Kanban, Scrumban, Scrum, XP, y lean-agile QA. Masa nos visita desde California.
